TETRODE
The GU-94A tetrode is designed for use in stationary pulse-modulation RF equipment at frequencies up to 2 MHz for output power 150 kW and at up to 30 MHz for output power 100 kW.

Cooling: forced (water for anode, air for other envelope elements)
